Dear users,

Here is the plan I have in mind for MerryMen Forums. Please comment and let me know your opinion.

When we have 50 users:

• New Moderator.
  
• First set of minor forum upgrades.

When we have 100 users:

• Super Moderator selected.
  
• Second set of upgrades.
  
• New moderator

When we have 150 users

• Heads of departments will be selected.
  
• 'Ideas' and 'User requests' will all be updated and reviewed.

When we have 200 users

• Large forum re-vamp.

When we have 300 users

• New member of the admin team will be selected.

Let me know what you think. In order to make this forum work we need more members! Go, flee, spread the word about MerryMen!

Do we recruit from outside Travian.au? I've heard there is a world out there but I'm not sure whether to believe it...

Yes. In essence this forum has nothing to do with Travian, apart from the fact that a lot of members here play it. We want real life people to come say hi too, so invite your real-life friends

I really think we should move away from this site before we go to far. I think there's a reason why V2 failed so much more quickly then V1.

I don't know, there are only a couple of things that bug me on this forum, although one of my friends did say invision power board is better...

I don't know much about the differences though...

c8220, this forum is going to be different. With those boards there isn't much you can do with them. On these boards I have a lot of upgrades and cool new features planned.

All right but can we at least change the theme? I don't think its very merrymen-like. Looks more like crayons.

Yes, As soon as I get the graphic design team sorted I will be having the whole place revamped.

Thats great. Can you also do things with the data like copy it somewhere else. Because at some point, if it grows enough, we probably don't want to be still stuck at niceboard.org.

What a plan! Yeah, we need Slash to change the theme, this one is crap, and the heading. Need to revamp the whole thing!

Mostly green a bit of red and yellow! Like our old MerryMen Forum.

i tried to figure out how to design a skin, but i couldnt find anything helpful. I would need a template or something.

i think the only ones that are open right now are graphic designers or if you win the promotion competition.
