| linkA lawyer from San Diego sued the Oakland Athletics baseball club for not giving men floppy sun hats from Macy's on breast cancer awareness day at the park. It is likely he will win $510,000 in settlement. Wow. Just wow. Can you go any lower?

| Detail, add some detail next time, this is just spam otherwise. Luckily for you, I'll do it for you. c8820 added a summary a few days after the original post.
Essentially, a man has sued a baseball team for not giving away sun hats to men on a breast cancer awareness day. He may win a $150 000(US) settlement.

| Back to the Mr. Rava now. Apparently so upset that the men weren't receiving the floppy sun hats, Rava filed suit against the Oakland A's for discriminating against the men in the crowd, for not giving them the floppy sun hats as well. The worst part? He nearly won a $510,000 judgment which has received preliminary approval from the residing judge.
Of course, A's fans are pissed off about this, as any decent human being would be, hoping that the settlement would be donated to a local Breast Cancer Center, but that seems unlikely. And the worst part about all of this? Rava's mother was a victim of breast cancer, passing away at age 53.
Idiot. | |
